Not going to say much here, but leave it for the user to experiment with.



What does this do?
This lets you download more from rapidshare.com without having to wait the extra time to download the next file.

Simply create your proxy list, or use ours, visit rapidshare, try to download a large file, then cancel the download, then go through the proxies list, by double clicking the proxy to activate.No need to close the window.

Works for Internet Explorer.

Kind of works for Firefox - Buggy - work in progress.

Updating:

Click on help, then click on update database, if an update is available then a new set of proxies will be downloaded, when you restart the application the proxy list is updated.

The List, do they work?

At the time of gathering the proxies each proxy is tested on the spot for validation, if its dead then its not added, the whole process takes about 25 minutes, scan for the proxies, check for valid proxies, send the completed database to the server, update becomes available for users.

How Many Proxies?

Roughly 7000+ updated daily.

Yes it works and no it doesnt search for proxies, the proxy list is updated every day ranging from a few hundred proxies to the most we have ever had which was 18000++ proxies.

But you have to understand proxies come and go, some do stay some last for quite sometime, others work one minute then die the next hour, this tool just makes it easy for the user to get a proxy.

If you use a proxy and its dead then move to the next. The list is updated and checked alot of the time.

I am also working on another application to search for proxies, but this software was based on an idea that someone was looking for, so I just created what they needed then I extended the idea further. Wouldn't be too hard to include a search then have the results have to the softwares list file then updated once you open the main software. Will get to it one day.
