The following issues are resolved (only significant ones are listed):
* No UDP activity in Network Activity log
* Web Control false positives (false Flash prompts)
* High CPU load on logging
* Connections could not be closed after visiting some sites
* System could slow down after network parameters change
* Packet filtering performance is improved due to rules optimization
