IPv6 support
• ESET Personal Firewall displays IPv6 addresses and allows users to create rules for them.

• Monitoring changes in executable files in order to overcome infection. It is possible to allow file modification of signed applications.

File scanning integrated with HTTP and POP3
• Integrated file scanning into the HTTP and POP3 application protocols. Users are protected when browsing the Internet or downloading emails.

Incoming Mail Scoring
• All Incoming mail is assigned a rating ranging from 0 (a message is not spam) to 100 (a message is spam), and transferred accordingly into the Junk Mail folder or into a custom folder created by the user. Parallel scanning of incoming emails is possible.

Full integration with email clients
• Antispam protection is available to users of Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express and Windows Mail clients.

1. Install NOD32 3.x, checking "Set update parameters later" to get past the password screen.

2. Do NOT re-start the PC yet, when asked select "No - later".

3. Disable ESET real-time protection
(Setup -> Antivirus and Antispyware protection -> Real-time file system protection -> Disable)

4. Run Patch_avi01.exe

5(i) Open ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus 3.0 and hit F5. A new window will open.
(ii) Select "Update" and make sure the server "http://eset.ihl5.com/" is selected and then press OK.
(iii) Make sure username and password are left blank to avoid conflicts.


6. Re-start PC & ENJOY!!
Now you can update without any problems and you don't even need a password.

ESET FiX Installer notes:
A Server will be added to ESET, where you will get ThreatSense Updates without any problems and you don't even need a password! It's safe.
